Nicholas graduated with first class honours from the International Islamic University, Malaysia (IIUM) in 2006. He completed his pupillage in Messrs Karpal Singh & Co. with (the late) Mr. Karpal Singh as his pupil master. Nicholas has 18 years of experience in civil litigation, with notable experience in commercial law and debt recovery litigation. Nicholas also specialises in drafting commercial contracts, particularly for sale and supply of goods and services. Nicholas is also a Commissioner for Oaths since 2022.
